Valentines Day is one of those kind of silly days – but if you ignore it you may find yourself in a little bit of trouble.
I wondered what I should focus on for ideas leading up to the occasion and then remembered a guy saying to me just last week in a course –
“WOW Vanessa, I had no idea that banoffee dessert would be so simple and achievable – if I make that at home I will be a hero!”
So, it seemed reasonable to lead you guys to a few ideas that would not have you sweating and stressed in the kitchen BUT would have you looking like a hero for those you love……………
So you could start the day on the right note by cooking up some delicious banana pancakes. Inspired by the romance of Bali and it’s delicious cuisine, this recipe is simple to make and you are likely to have all the ingredients on hand too!
Then of course you could just go straight for the HERO dessert that will take you maximum of 10 minutes to prepare. It is super pretty and will go down a treat with the whole family – if you need to impress them all!
And it doesn’t all need to be about the sweet tooth either – some folk are just so relieved to not have to think about producing food – so if you do it for them you will simply be showing how much you love and care…..here are some ideas for you to get started……
Whatever it is that you cook – take your time and do it with LOVE because if it’s rushed and made with anxiety it will show 🙂
Happy Valentines Day 🍷
